Hong Kong became the 111th member of the World Organisation of the Scout Movement (WOSM) in 1971. This is the Hong Kong Emblem after the reunification of Hong Kong to China on 1 July 1997. The flower is the city flower of Hong Kong - Bauhinia (also known as Hong Kong Orchid Tree).
